ChronicleAI is a free AI text adventure game. Pick a world someone else built, or turn a one-line idea into your own. Then just type — talk your way past the guard, pick the lock, or walk away entirely. The narrator writes what happens next, and remembers it.
How it plays
No menus, no multiple choice. Play a community world or hand the Story Generator an idea and get back a playable adventure. Say what you do in one line or a whole paragraph, and edit or rewrite any reply. Long sessions are summarised as you play, so the story keeps the thread.
Is it free?
Yes. Every account gets 50 free narrator replies a day on the built-in provider, reset at midnight UTC, or you can plug in your own OpenRouter or Nano-GPT key.
